Screw air compressor cleaning and reducing valve (also known as intake valve) :
(1) Load reduction valve composition: load reduction valve is composed of valve body, valve core (piston), gas field effect tube, solenoid valve and proportional valve (capacitive valve) and other parts.
(2) Load reducing valve effect: the load reducing valve is the key to control the loading of the air compressor (screw air compressor heavy truck), unloading (empty truck), proportion (capacity regulation) adjustment, in addition to prevent the air compressor from spraying grease from the main engine.
(3) Removal of load reducing valve: 1 Remove the hose connected with the load reducing valve and the air filter; 2 Disassemble any other component connected to the gas pipe of the load reduction valve; 3 Remove the solenoid coil; 4 Remove the nut assembled with the load reducing valve and the main engine and take it out; 5 Move the load reducing valve to the ground covered with cleaning paper and related cleaning.
(4) Cleaning the load reduction valve: (screw air compressor cleaner should choose soap, diesel, cleaning gasoline, water, etc., should be based on the degree of stains using the above cleaning agents, usually recommended to use soap or diesel for cleaning)
Remove the solenoid valve: Remove the solenoid valve and pay attention to whether the O-ring and seal in the solenoid valve should be replaced (tip: If you are not familiar with the intake valve, also note the replacement of the parts, in case of error), if it is not necessary to replace the replacement screw, O-ring, seal, electromagnetic induction rod, core and other parts into the container prepared in advance, and put the appropriate detergent soaked (Note: When using gasoline and tenna water as cleaning agents, do not soak rubber products such as O-rings for too long to prevent corrosion);
