First, freeze dryer:
The refrigerated dryer applies the principles of physics to reduce the freezing in the air to below the condensation point, so that it precipitates from the air. It is simply interpreted as cooling water. However, subject to the freezing temperature of water, in theory, the dew point temperature of the frozen dryer can be close to 0 degrees, but it can not reach 0 degrees.
After the compressed gas flows to the evaporator, the heat exchange function of the evaporator and the refrigerant heat exchange, the heat in the compressed gas is taken away by the refrigerant, the compressed gas is quickly cooled, the water in the wet and cold air reaches the saturation temperature and is quickly condensed, and the water is condensed into water droplets after condensation, and the water is discharged at the automatic drainer after separation.
The air pressure dew point treated by the frozen dryer can reach at least 2 degrees, and the air at this condensation point can basically meet the needs of the general equipment for the water content of the gas, and if necessary, the gas with lower condensation point needs to be used in the adsorption dryer.
Second, adsorption dryer:
The working principle of the adsorption dryer is to use the saturated compressed gas to filter the saturated water vapor in the compressed gas by using the special carbon molecular sieve for waste gas purification, which can easily adsorb the water molecules in the carbon molecular sieve particles, and reuse the recycling method to reduce the carbon molecular sieve, so that it gradually recovers the water absorption. Simply put, it is to use the principle of pressure swing adsorption to achieve the drying effect.
We can divide the adsorption dryer into two kinds: non-thermal regeneration adsorption dryer and micro-thermal regeneration adsorption dryer, in which the condensation point of non-thermal regeneration is higher than that of micro-thermal regeneration, the condensation point of non-thermal regeneration is about -20 ° C, and the micro-heat can reach at least -40 ° C. The vast majority of equipment gas can be met, demanding instrument equipment gas, you have to consider the combined dryer
Three, combined dryer:
Combined dryer can be regarded as a combination of frozen dryer and adsorption dryer, but not just in series, but a combination of the advantages of the two, the maximum extent of highlighting the advantages of frozen dryer and adsorption dryer, combined dryer condensation point can reach -60℃ below, is the best choice for precision machinery and instrument gas.
The advantages and disadvantages of all three are also very obvious:
Frozen dryer: The price is relatively cheap, the maintenance cost is low, but the condensation point of the gas is high, and it is not suitable for precision machinery.
Adsorption dryer: affordable, must regularly maintain the adsorbent in the adsorption bucket, the treated gas condensation point is generally above -40 ° C. Suitable for most equipment gas needs.
Combined dryer: The price is expensive, but also regular maintenance of adsorbent, gas condensation point at -60 ° C, to meet the demand for precision instrumentation and equipment gas.
