Cold drying machine is the abbreviation of frozen dryer, cold drying machine is the introduction of new technology, belonging to the air source treatment element in the pneumatic system.
Working principle: The use of refrigerant and air compression to do heat exchange, the air compression environment temperature down to the dew point temperature in the range of 2~10℃. According to the heat dissipation mode of the cooler, the cold dryer is divided into two types: air-cooled type and water-cooled type. According to the exhaust temperature, it is divided into high temperature intake type (below 80℃) and normal temperature intake type (about 45℃). According to pressure, it is divided into general type (0.3-1.0MPa) and medium and high pressure type (about 1.2MPa).
​ Common Problem:
1. Do not make a mistake about the import and export of refrigerated dryers. In order to facilitate maintenance and ensure maintenance space, please set the bypass pipe. And the pipe should not be immediately applied to the freeze-drying machine.
2. Freeze type dry noise machine should not be placed in the sun, rain and wind blowing area. Do not place in dusty, corrosive or flammable gas environment. Do not place in the vibration, condensation, cold clean and hidden places. Don't get too close to the wall, in case the ventilation is not good. Forced to use in corrosive gas environment.
3. Do not erect, discount or squeeze the drain pipe of the freezer dryer.
4. The allowable voltage fluctuation of the freeze dryer is less than 10%. Please set the leakage protector with appropriate volume.
5. If the filter device is installed on the inlet of the frozen dryer, make sure that the water is discharged about once a day.
6. Vacuum the vent hole of the freezer dryer once a month.
7. Turn on the power supply. After the working state is restored, turn on the air compression. After the system stops working, wait about 3 minutes and restart it again.
