2, the air compressor pressure exceeds the additional pressure: for example, about 0.7MPa equipment, when the practical pressure is 0.75mpa, simple load. Do not adjust the 7kg air compressor to 8kg. Security cannot be ensured. The second is that the machine and equipment can be short of pressure, and the service life is reduced. 3, air compressor AC contactor problems: AC contactor internal structure contact aging, poor adsorption force, small contact area, high voltage, air compressor load is no big deal, electrical system burn is what we all do not want to see.
4, air compressor oil separator blockage: oil core blockage, high internal pressure, large load, high voltage, will load. Grave mistake: Don't think that your altered item won't be permanently blocked. The natural environment of the construction site is messy, and the impurities in the oil and gas drum are easy to block the slag separator. Don't think that there is nothing wrong with the oil trap you change, and there is nothing wrong with the natural environment, but after 200 hours of operation, it is clogged. The separation quality of the oil is very much related to it.
5, the connection line is loose: check the input air compressor power plug has a normal body temperature burning impression. Check the three-phase incoming line and motor incoming line first. If there is a loose or short circuit fault, to reconnect.
