First, air compressor
The air compressor mainly depends on the working pressure and flow of the pneumatic system. The working pressure of the air source should be about 20% higher than the maximum working pressure in the pneumatic system, because the loss and local loss of the gas supply pipeline should be considered. If the working pressure of some parts of the system is low, a pressure reducing valve can be used to supply air.

Two, vacuum pump
"Vacuum" means a gas space with a pressure of less than 10L3kPa. Any device that can extract gas from a container and reduce the pressure of the gas can be called a vacuum pump. The vacuum pump commonly used in the laboratory is an oil-sealed mechanical vacuum pump, and the vacuum degree is generally lOJlPa. The spring is fixed in a steel cylinder. An eccentric solid steel column is used as a rotor in the stator, and a sliding piece with spring is embedded in the rotor diameter. When the motor drives the rotor to rotate, the sliding member runs in the cylindrical chamber, separating the pump chamber into two regions, whose volume increases and decreases periodically.
Connect the gas container to be pumped to the pump's air intake. When the space of the pump chamber increases, the pumped gas will be inhaled. As the rotor rotates, the gas will be compressed and expelled through the outlet. Keep rotating, repeat the process of inhalation, compression, and exhaust, the gas in the container is reduced, and the air pressure is reduced. The whole part is immersed in a tank of lubricating oil, which has a low steam pressure to lubricate, seal and cool.
