The compressed air of screw air compressor has high oil content, which is generally called the oil running problem of air compressor. There are many reasons why the air compressor runs oil, which makes the user a headache. The following are some reasons and solutions for air compressor oil running :
1. The screw air compressor oil is loaded too much, the liquid level exceeds the upper limit, resulting in the poor initial separation effect of the oil barrel, the compressed air oil content increases through the oil core, exceeding the oil processing capacity and the oil return amount of the return pipe, thus increasing the oil content after the fine separation. Treatment: Check the oil level height when stopping, and ensure that the oil level height is between the upper and lower scale lines when stopping.
2. Screw air compressor oil has poor oil quality, poor defoaming performance, and more foam, which enters the oil core, resulting in increased oil content after refining. Treatment method: Oil change, choose the original screw oil.
3. Mixed use of different brands of oil, oil deterioration or gelling, resulting in blockage and deformation of the oil core, and direct discharge of oil-containing compressed air. Treatment method: change the oil core, change the oil, clean the oil circuit, choose the original consumables and oil.
4. Low frequency of use, adjust the exhaust temperature, water cooler cooling water flow is too large, so that the exhaust temperature is lower than the pressure dew point temperature, resulting in compressed air saturated water condensation into liquid water, precipitated in the oil, the liquid level rises to run oil. A long time will lead to internal rust, rotor bearings will be seriously worn or even scrapped due to loss of lubrication. Treatment methods :① If there is only a small amount of condensate in the oil drum at the initial stage of the problem, directly drain the condensate and then increase the exhaust temperature. If there is too much water, change the oil, oil filter and oil at the same time. (3) If the rotor is rusted and abnormal noise and vibration occur, the head needs to be repaired. Hail! Because the pressure dew point temperature changes with the exhaust pressure and atmospheric temperature and humidity, it is already set at the factory. 5. The air pipeline is not installed properly, and the condensate in the pipeline returns to the air compressor after shutdown. The spool of the minimum pressure valve is stuck after soaking in water. After losing the seal, the condensate in the pipeline enters the oil drum, and the liquid level rises to run oil.
