Part of the residue into the grease cycle will be blocked by the oil filter, while the other part of the debris will be accompanied by the gas mixture to rise to the oil content, in the gas according to the oil content, the residue remains in the oil filter paper, the filter hole will be blocked, the friction resistance of the oil will gradually expand, resulting in the oil in a short period of time must be replaced early.
Second, under normal circumstances, the higher the temperature, the lower the exhaust pipe temperature of the air compressor, and the exhaust pipe temperature will be difficult to manipulate. If the working condition temperature is high, then the pressure of the gas is smaller, and it is not easy to give full play to the needs of the air compressor.
Third, the air filter with poor filtration accuracy will make a part of the dust particles in the air can not be blocked, and directly enter the air compressor system software, so that the load of the oil filter and oil is too large, causing the oil filter and oil to block too early.
4. Too much water in the oil filter material will cause the filter material to swell and the microporous plate to close, so that the total area of the reasonable separation of oil is reduced, resulting in the expansion of the pressure of oil and early blocking of oil.
Fifth, when the generator set is shut down, the outside air will flow back to the oil with the leak of the minimum pressure valve, because the temperature and pressure will reduce the gas solidification into water, water into the oil will make the filter material hygroscopic swelling qualitative change.
The natural environment of the store location of the air compressor station must be considered, and the poor environmental factors will harm the performance indicators and work efficiency of the air compressor, and may also improve the generation of common faults and reduce the service life of the generator set.
